A TAS Technologies Group product

Meet Admin-IQ

One sign-in, every service you buy from TTG, and the answers without a support ticket.

The self-service portal for TAS Technologies Group services

Admin-IQ is where your account lives. Sign in and you see exactly the services TTG has enabled for you, how they are doing right now, and who on your team can see them. Nothing arrives as a spreadsheet emailed after the fact and nothing needs a phone call — the figures on your screen are the figures TTG is looking at, shaped so they only ever show your account.
The portal

Built for the person who has to answer for it

One sign-in
Your TTG account is the only login. Admin-IQ never asks you to invent a second password, and signing out of one place signs you out.
Scoped to your account
Every screen is pinned to your client on the server. There is no account picker, no shared list to filter, and no way to ask for someone else’s data — the request is refused before it reaches the service.
Privacy by design
Carrier identity, raw provider responses, error codes and cost are stripped out of every record before it reaches your browser. Your providers appear under your own labels — Primary, Backup — and never under ours.
Every view is a link
Filters, date ranges and sort order all live in the address bar. Find the thing, copy the URL, paste it into a ticket. Whoever opens it sees what you saw.
Roles that fit a team
Owner, admin and viewer. A viewer gets read-only access to every enabled service; an owner runs the team and the account settings. Every account keeps at least one owner.
Your clock, not ours
Set your time zone once in settings and every service renders every timestamp in it. Where a figure is UTC, the column says so.
SMS Gateway

Watch delivery

Know how today is going before anyone asks.
  • A verdict, not a dashboard
The top of the page says Healthy, Degraded or Unavailable, then says why in one sentence. Degraded means one message in ten failed in the window you are looking at. It refreshes itself every thirty seconds.
  • Eight figures that matter
Sent, delivered, failed and awaiting confirmation; then received, segments sent, median time to deliver and median queue time, each with its p95. Choose the last hour or the last twenty-four. Every tile links straight to the messages behind it.
  • Where it went
Two tables break the window down by channel — REST, WCTP, email, webhook — and by provider, under your labels. Confirmed delivery and failure rate sit side by side, so a provider going soft is obvious before anyone rings you about it.
SMS Gateway

Find messages

Every filter is in the address bar, so every view is a link.
  • Search a number exactly
Paste the number a customer gave you and get their traffic, both directions. No wildcards to get wrong and no fuzzy matching to explain away.
  • Narrow it down
Status, direction, channel, and a date range as a preset — last hour, day, week or month — or a custom window typed in your own time zone. Each filter becomes a chip you can lift off one at a time.
  • Sort and share
Sorting by time or status happens on the server, so page two is still in order. Then copy the URL: whoever opens it lands on the same rows with the same filters, no screenshot required.
SMS Gateway

Explain failures

A status code is not an answer.
  • The whole journey
Accepted by the gateway, handed to the carrier, delivered — each with the timestamp we actually recorded, plus the body, any MMS media, how many segments it used, and which of your providers carried it.
  • Plain English, every time
“Unreachable destination — a real handset that was off or out of coverage. A later send may succeed.” Six categories, each with a sentence that tells you whether there is anything to do about it.
  • The references support asks for
Message ID, correlation ID and provider reference, each one click to copy. Quote them in a ticket and TTG opens the same record without asking you for the number again.

Everything you need to run your messaging

Read-only, on purpose. Admin-IQ shows you everything and changes nothing — your services stay under TTG's change control, where a 2am typo cannot reach them.
  • Health at a glance
Healthy, degraded or unavailable, refreshed every thirty seconds.
  • Two windows
The same figures over the last hour and the last twenty-four.
  • Sent, delivered, failed
With the rates that make them mean something, and what is still awaiting a receipt.
  • Delivery and queue timings
Median and p95, not an average hiding a tail.
  • Breakdown by channel
REST, WCTP, email and webhook side by side.
  • Breakdown by provider
Under your labels, never a carrier name.
  • Exact-number search
Both directions, no wildcards to get wrong.
  • Removable filter chips
Status, direction, channel and dates, lifted off one at a time.
  • Server-side sorting
Page two is still in order.
  • Delivery timelines
Every recorded step with the timestamp we have for it.
  • Registered numbers
Provider, active state, failover, and the date it was registered.
  • Copyable identifiers
Message, correlation and provider references in one click.
60+ yearsof experience in contact center technology

Partner with TAS Technologies Group

Leverage decades of hands-on expertise in contact center operations, technology integration, and industry best practices.
  • Built by operators
TTG has run contact center technology for decades. Admin-IQ shows you what we look at, in the words we use with each other.
  • One account, more services
SMS Gateway is what is here today. As TTG enables more of your services, they appear in your sidebar — no second portal, no second login.
  • We make the changes
Adding a number, moving a provider, changing a route: tell us and we do it. The portal shows you the result rather than handing you a switch to flip at 2am.
  • Support that already has the context
Quote the message ID from the detail page and TTG opens the same record. No screenshots, no “can you send me the number again”.
  • Your data stays yours
Fleet-wide data never leaves our servers. Everything Admin-IQ sends to your browser has already been filtered to your account and stripped of everything that is not.
  • A direct line, not a queue
855-564-4284 or support@tastechgroup.com reaches the people who run the platform.
