Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

Who we are

Admin-IQ (the "Site") is operated by Secure Text App, LLC., a Pennsylvania corporation doing business as TAS Technologies Group ("TAS Technologies Group", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through the Site, why, how we protect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the portal itself; the services you administer through it are also covered by the agreement between your organisation and us.

By using the Site you agree to this policy. Our Terms of Service govern use of the Site more broadly.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, our identity provider tells us your name, your email address and an identifier for your login. We store those, along with the account or accounts you belong to and the role you hold on each. We do not receive or store your password.

What you send us. If you submit the “Partner with us” form we keep what you typed — your name, your company, your email address and your message — together with the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, which is how we stop that form being flooded. If you send us a support request from inside the portal we keep the subject and the message, along with your name, email address and which account you were acting for at the time.

Usage data. Like any web service, our servers record ordinary request information — IP address, browser and operating system, the pages requested and when, and errors. We use it to run the service, to investigate faults and to detect abuse.

Service data shown through the portal. The portal displays information from the services you buy — for the SMS Gateway, that means message records, delivery status and the numbers registered to you. That information lives in the service, not in the portal; Admin-IQ requests it when you open a page and does not keep a copy. It is also deliberately reduced before it reaches your browser: we remove the carrier's identity, the carrier's raw response and per-message cost, and send only what you need to understand what happened to a message.

Cookies and local storage

We run no analytics, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker of any kind. That is why the Site shows you a short notice about cookies rather than asking you to accept them: everything below is either required to sign you in and keep you signed in, or a preference you set yourself. There is no optional category to decline.

Name Type What it is for
admin_iq_clientCookie — strictly necessaryRemembers which account you are currently acting for, when you belong to more than one. Set only after you sign in and choose; never set for a signed-out visitor. Read only by our server, kept for a year, and removed when you sign out.
Sign-in session cookiesCookie — strictly necessaryOur identity provider sets a small set of encrypted cookies to keep you signed in and to complete the sign-in round trip. They appear only once you begin signing in, and they cannot be read by JavaScript in your browser.
nuxt-color-modeLocal storage — preferenceRemembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It is stored by your browser on this site and is never sent to us.
Cloudflare TurnstileSecurityOn the “Partner with us” form only, we load Cloudflare’s Turnstile widget to tell a person from a bot. It runs nowhere else on the site, and it is there to keep the one form an anonymous visitor can submit from being abused.

Your browser can refuse cookies or warn you before accepting one. If you block the ones above you will not be able to sign in, because they are what a signed-in session is made of.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not respond to it, for the plain reason that there is nothing here to turn off — we do not track you across sites in the first place.

How we use what we collect

We use it to operate the portal and the services behind it, to sign you in and show you the right account, to answer your support and partner requests, to keep the Site secure and free of abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We may email you about the services — a reply to something you asked, or a notice about a release, a change or an incident. We do not sell or rent information about you, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site. Each is given only what it needs, is bound to use it only as we specify, and is required to protect it with reasonable security practices:

  • Kinde — authentication. Handles sign-in and holds your login credentials, so that we do not.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivers the email we send, including the notification raised by a partner or support request.
  • Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile bot check on the public “Partner with us” form.
  • Our hosting and database providers — run the servers and the database the portal uses.

We may also disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law, a regulation, legal process such as a subpoena or court order, or an enforceable government request; to enforce our Terms, including investigating a suspected breach; to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical problems; or to protect the rights, property or safety of TAS Technologies Group, our users or the public.

How we protect it

We use what we believe are industry-standard measures to protect your information. Credentials we hold for the services we front are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown back to you in full. Access inside the portal is scoped by account and by role, and a request for another client's data is refused rather than filtered.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of anything you send us, and you send it at your own risk.

We process and store information in the United States. By using the Site you agree that its collection, use, transfer and disclosure is governed by the applicable laws of the United States.

Keeping it accurate, and how long we keep it

You can review, correct or update your information at any time from the portal, or by asking us. We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, to meet a legal or contractual obligation, or to resolve a dispute — and no longer.

On request we will correct or update your information, stop sending you messages you did not ask for, or close your account so that nothing further happens through it. Email support@tastechgroup.com and please do not include sensitive information in the request itself.

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83–1798.84, California residents may ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal information we share with affiliates or third parties for their marketing purposes. We share none, and we will say so in writing if you ask.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights below.

To know and to delete. You can ask what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you in the preceding 12 months, and you can ask us to delete it. We may not be able to delete all of it where we still need it to complete a transaction or provide something you asked for, to detect security incidents, to fix errors, to comply with the law or protect against illegal activity, or to use it internally in a way compatible with why you gave it to us. Deleting your information will stop much of the service working for you.

To opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out mechanism to offer you.

Not to be discriminated against. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Minors. The Site is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe we hold information about a child, tell us at support@tastechgroup.com.

How to exercise them. Email support@tastechgroup.com or call +1-855-564-4284. You may make a request to know or to delete up to twice in a 12-month period. To verify who you are we will need your name, telephone number and email address, and we will use what you give us for nothing but that verification. To use an authorised agent, give the agent written permission and have them produce it when they make the request.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page; the change takes effect on posting. Information we already hold is treated under the policy in force when we collected it. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the revised policy.
